"Another Song"
For most of my life...
For most of my life
I cry a lot when you aren't looking
Sorry to take up your time
I'll get another binder
I'll get another binder
Unfortunately killing me would take up energy as well
No, but seriously, now we're playing a song and none
Of that other shit matters
Well, no, but seriously, now we're playing a song
And none of that other shit matters
I love you, nothing is wrong
It's just another fucking song
(...better, my dear)
Where have you been?
(Visitors to our fair, fair haven...)
Good to know you're here
Even though you're there
Whispering your cares
Brushing out your hair
Nothing do you dare
You're not even here
Don't pretend to care
Don't pretend to care

Don't pretend to care
Don't pretend to care
Good to know you're here, even though you're there
Whispering your...
(alright...)
Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
