Song written by Reese Charbonneau "They Heard It, I Felt It." It's how it goes Traveling this road Weary the bones On the path to gold So grey, on my own So grey, on my own This world is old Who still has a soul Is there true control? It feels so cold So grey, on my own So grey, on my own Have you ever seen, Seen clarity Defying dreams Seeking peace This path is so serene In the land of trees Finally clarity Finally me Light within Light given Light within Light given Light within Light given Light within light

Play Ideas 03:12
Song written by Tommy Cliche @tommycliche "Play Ideas" Life is all built with these moments that are lil That our memory craves so let's just keep living for those Remember being 16, filled with optimism Life was all ahead and nothing tragic happened yet You could dance and feel so free: the peak of your happiness Remember being 16, filled with optimism It was contagious and changed my life in general had this Beauty romanticism that was involved in everything we did (savory moments) Hearts were on our sleeve Weren't scared of anything No one could prove the fact that we weren't invincible Life had to prove it to us It was contagious and changed my life in general had this Beauty romanticism that was involved in Everything we did, we meant it No one could prove the fact that we weren't invincible Life had to prove it to us

Kiss Clause 03:59
Song written by Katherine Matuszak "Kiss Clause" Twenty candles and bus tokens on the floor Her eyes clamped, sinking and a bottle Passing out to pass more time Wasting away, wasted today and hungover tomorrow Hung up on my phone, hung on the gallows Her sunlight turns to moonshine, She tilts her head back, shots fire Liquid fire, molten lava, buzzing in her head another round He never fucking knows if she's stumbling or taking off, but Clear the runways, check the scripts She's got the voice, the stare, the hips, boy At best he might be background noise, A soft face in a sharp crowd She's pumping two sides of the engine, Pain-regret, pain-regret, pain-regret

Song written by Zigzag Robinson "Gamora, I Adore Ya" She says what you think u want from me If you think you're better off Then heres the keys I guess it will cost you a service fee... Don’t tread on me Don’t tread on me Im not the one These Times are tough boy So you’d better run But with the right stuff, boy Baby, we'll rise up Baby, we'll rise up My intensions are good Even through these woods My gamora I adore ya If you could If you’d only stay we would find our way yes we would I just want to make it gold And tell her she’ll be told Just tell her tell her tell her I'll keep her safe at home And tell her she’ll be told Just tell her tell her tell her I'll keep her safe at home Someday I'll keep her safe at home Someday we'll get to drive ..day we'll get to ride ..day we'll get to write a song

"Holy Mr. Shrine" I’m a rationalized dreamer So I’m super depressed I’m fake as fuck cuz I’m too Crazy to be honest What is it? Are you happy? Did you find your peace, Piece of pie? That part of dreams that you want to bring to realize to your reality Do you you feel right, finally? You’re doing fine, you’ve got a brand new home a golden mind Got a sign, more of a reason to feel good You’re all mine You’re all good Knew you would Yes, I always knew in time you would [indistinguishable Jamey vocal]

Good Ones 03:00
Song written by Bubbzlove @beelzabubb "Good Ones" Hang on to love Hang on to the good ones Hang on to the close ones Hang on to us Learning to love for the first time New, unknown, discovering first I'm Learning to live, which infers time No second tries gotta get it right the first time We are all born afraid of life So much commotion and chaos to harmonize We’re all feelin’ trapped, trapped inside From time to time connect but then it's back inside We were taught to get it and hustle everyday Gotta get it, stay on that grind, keep it movin’ make it rain We had to learn givin’ is the path to true wealth Giving to something more important than ourselves

Anu Panels 05:30

Song written by Eurotrxsh @emilyrittrr Eurotrxsh.bandcamp.com "Neurotic Bitch In Love Again" Couldn't tell if you winked at me The vicodin has me feeling (dead and dreary) Make me love you like you love me Try mightily, hold me tightly And forgive me for what I said when I was high DESTROY MY LOVE IN THE NAME OF JESUS I want you to fuck me up And please act soon I know I wont know what to do And when the lights flash, and I finally crash And the bruises turn black and blue I need someone to go home to And maybe I'll fill it with you

about

Vantana Row 2 is the sequel to our self-titled album, VANTANA ROW, the first album to debut Vantana Row as a Trapunk band. However, Vantana Row 2 is the first album with lyrics written by others than ourselves as a part of #iwriteforvantanarow, a program where we take subscriber's verbatim words (poetry, lyrics, whatever) and accept the challenge to make official Vantana Row songs from them. There are a total of six songs
within this album that have been written by people who have simply submitted their words to us through our website.

This is our second album as a Trapunk band. We are grabbing hold of the Trapunk genre and currently defining it. This album is a sonically marvelous presentation of what it's like to get deeper into Trapunk music. Trapunk is just combined Trap and Hardcore Punk music, but Vantana Row has a more 'zoomed-in' perspective of what their identity within the style really is.
